Job Summary:

  • Contract: 6 Months+ Hybrid
  • Seeking an experienced Overseas Contractor with extensive expertise in Business Architecture to drive strategic business transformation and align architectural frameworks with organizational goals.

Job Description:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business architecture frameworks that support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear architectural solutions to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders ensuring alignment across projects.
  • Utilize deep domain knowledge to influence enterprise-wide business architecture practices and decision-making.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing and capability building efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain key architectural artifacts including business capability maps and value stream maps.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions focused on requirement gathering, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Ensure all business architecture deliverables meet quality standards and align with industry best practices.
  • Drive the analysis and design phases of business architecture within transformation projects.
  • Act as a vocal client-facing representative demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborate across multiple geographies including the UK, Europe, and India to support global initiatives.
  • Mentor junior business architects and contribute to team capability development.
