We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics or equivalent) deliver maximum value. This role involves gathering requirements, analysing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer relationship management capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM domain
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into CRM requirements. Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct gap analysis between current CRM capabilities and desired outcomes.
  • CRM System Enhancements: Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to design and implement CRM solutions. Support customization, configuration, and integration of CRM platforms. Ensure CRM workflows align with business processes and compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and vendors. Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders on CRM best practices.
  • Data Reporting: Define data requirements and ensure data integrity within CRM systems. Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business decision-making. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare test cases and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Validate CRM enhancements against business requirements. Ensure timely resolution of issues and defects.
