Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support requirements gathering for their P3M transformation within capital projects. The role requires strong P3M experience in capital projects and involves working with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and finalize requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in a business analyst role with a focus on process design, process optimization, or business architecture.
- Modelling Tools: Proficient in modelling tools like MS Visio or Blueworks Live. Deep understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data sets, Oracle Primavera or equivalent products, process and translate them into process maps.
- Process Skill: Capital asset management, capital delivery process and P3M.
- Industry Skill: Water industry, regulated industry experience in the UK.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder communication skills, an ability to work independently and a logical approach to requirements definition will be essential. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business units. Cross-functional communication.
- Experience with: Oracle Primavera or equivalent products.
