My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy and construction company offering complete construction solutions to developers, landlords and occupiers across all market sectors. With over 40 years of experience, they are one of the North East's leading independent firms for professional consultant and construction services. They work in partnership with national and international clients and have successfully completed many complex developments, including sophisticated engineering installations.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Company Directors in delivering business objectives
  • Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Delivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our customers' requirements
  • Managing projects and/or programmes to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures
  • Administering contracts as a project manager
  • Producing and presenting to customers
  • Mentoring and coaching employees so that they realise their full potential
  • Preparing bids for services
  • Managing service delivery for profit
  • Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects
