We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Geotechnical Technical Director/Associate to join our geoenvironmental consultancy team based in Durham or Leeds. This is a senior leadership role requiring both advanced technical expertise and the ability to guide, develop, and grow a high-performing team. You will have a strong track record in geotechnical design, project delivery, and technical leadership, with a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in geotechnical and/or geoenvironmental consultancy.
Person Specification
- A strong academic background in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering Geology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar).
- Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g. ICE, Geological Society).
- Hold RoGEP (UK Registered Ground Engineering Advisor) accreditation or eligibility to obtain.
- Working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
- Detailed knowledge of UK geology.
