About the role
The Growth Strategist is a manager-level individual contributor role. It is designed for someone who can independently lead complex growth initiatives, translate data and market signals into action, and influence cross-functional partners to improve outcomes for creators, brands and LTK. This role will own post-onboarding growth strategy for a defined set of priority brands, while partnering closely with Brand Partnerships, Creator Success, Marketing and other internal teams to identify opportunities, remove friction and scale high-value commercial growth.
How you will make an impact
- Brand Growth
- Own the strategic growth and performance of a defined portfolio of priority brands on LTK.
- Develop and lead post-onboarding growth strategies that increase creator adoption, retention, brand investment and long-term program maturity.
- Build account growth plans for priority brands, including adoption strategy, campaign expansion opportunities, creator recommendations and investment growth pathways.
- Monitor brand health, performance and engagement to identify risks, retention issues and expansion opportunities.
- Act as the strategic lead for assigned brands, ensuring they are positioned for sustainable growth within the LTK ecosystem.
- Commercial Strategy and Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Brand Partnerships to prioritise strategic brands and shape the conditions for long-term commercial success.
- Identify high-potential growth opportunities using performance signals, market trends, category insight and commercial fit.
- Influence internal stakeholders with clear, evidence-based recommendations that improve brand performance and resource prioritisation.
- Help connect brand objectives with the right creator, content and commerce opportunities.
- Contribute to scalable playbooks, reporting, toolkits and strategic recommendations that improve how LTK grows priority brands.
- Performance Optimisation
- Analyse creator, campaign and brand performance data to identify trends, risks and optimisation opportunities.
- Recommend tactical changes that improve conversion, earnings performance, creator adoption, retention and revenue outcomes.
- Support stronger creator-brand alignment by identifying which creators, categories and approaches are most likely to drive results.
- Use data and testing to inform growth recommendations and unlock incremental commercial opportunity.
What you will bring to LTK
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in creator-led marketing, digital partnerships, account growth, campaign strategy or a related commercial function.
- Strong strategic and commercial judgment, with the ability to connect data to practical growth actions.
- Experience owning or materially influencing brand growth, platform adoption or creator strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance signals, trends and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities and drive execution without direct people management.
