LTK’s mission is to empower the world’s premium lifestyle Creators to achieve maximum economic success. We have a huge opportunity ahead of us and we’re looking for team members who want to create, innovate and disrupt an industry.
We empower our team members to drive innovation, create value, and continue to spearhead the creation of this industry — a game changer when it comes to career growth.
Position Title : Creator Success Assistant (WhatsApp Operations)
Location : London, UK (remote‑first with flexibility for occasional in‑person sessions as needed)
Team : Creator Success – Creator Success Operations
Role Type : Contract (fixed‑term)
About the role
We’re looking for a Creator Success Assistant to help us scale testing of our WhatsApp-based creator coaching agent. Today, we manually send three weekly strategy pings to a small group of creators; this role will focus on operationalising and scaling that program so we can reach many more creators, gather robust performance data, and understand how WhatsApp coaching can drive creator growth at scale.
This is a hands‑on, operations‑focused internship ideal for someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with data in spreadsheets, and excited about the creator economy and AI‑powered tools.
How you will make an impact
Scale weekly WhatsApp strategy pings:
Own the end‑to‑end process for sending our three weekly WhatsApp strategy pings to creators.
Expand from the current 5‑creator test group to a significantly larger, well‑structured test cohort.
Ensure accurate audience lists, correct message templates, and timely sends each week.
Campaign execution & quality control:
Prepare and schedule messages according to agreed cadences and playbooks.
Monitor delivery issues and flag any anomalies or message failures to the team.
Data tracking & reporting:
Maintain clean tracking sheets for creator cohorts, message sends, responses, and key engagement metrics.
Update performance dashboards/trackers weekly (e.g. response rates, click‑throughs, content actions taken).
Support simple analysis of test results (e.g. comparing different message variants or cohorts) and surface clear insights.
Help set up structured experiments (e.g. A/B tests across different copy, timings, or creator segments).
Document test set‑up, cohorts, and results so that we build a repeatable playbook for WhatsApp coaching.
Suggest practical tweaks to cadence, copy, or targeting based on what you see in the data.
Creator & internal coordination:
Help maintain creator lists (segments, tiers, markets) and ensure they’re up to date.
Work closely with Creator Success team members to understand creator feedback and performance context.
Capture learnings, edge cases, and operational wins so we can evolve towards more automation over time.
Process & documentation:
Keep clear documentation of workflows, message templates, experiment logs, and data definitions.
Propose improvements to efficiency, quality, or scalability as you learn what works best.
Contribute to a playbook.
What you will bring to LTK
Highly organised individual who enjoys working from structured lists, templates, and processes.
Strong proficiency with data systems and can confidently use Google Sheets/Excel to manage lists and track performance.
Able to work with basic formulas, filters, and pivot tables to slice data (or keen to learn quickly).
Genuine interest in the creator economy and how creators grow their businesses.
Excited about the potential of AI‑powered coaching and messaging‑based programs like WhatsApp.
Clear written communication; able to spot copy or formatting issues before something goes out.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
Proactive, comfortable taking ownership of a defined area of work.
Happy to suggest improvements rather than just following instructions.
Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK.
Able to commit to 6 months on a full‑time (or near full‑time) basis.
Comfortable working in a remote‑first environment with cross‑functional teams.
A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency.
Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence.
Adaptability to a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
What’s in it for you?
Competitive salary, bonuses, and private pension scheme.
Flexible work schedule plus Summer Fridays (workday ends at 3 pm).
25 days holiday, plus an extra day for your birthday.
A benefits and wellness scheme.
Private medical care.
Work anniversary celebrations, including extra annual holidays, and luxury gifting.
Interesting problems to solve with an expert team at a rapid‑growth retail disruptor and the largest creator marketing platform.
Happy hours and team events and activities.
Commitment to Diversity
LTK believes diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental obligations that strengthen our team. We employ a diverse, multi‑disciplinary team to build a meaningful company and culture.
We are not offering new sponsorship opportunities at this time for persons requiring employment visas; authorization to work in the UK is a precondition of employment.
