Key Criteria for the role:
- Proficient in selling Oracle ERP Services Business
- Strong understanding of Oracle On-prem Applications, Oracle Cloud SaaS and IaaS Offerings
- Reselling knowledge will be a plus
- Experience in mining existing accounts by creating new pipeline and submitting proposals
- Good to have exposure to opening New logos
- Understanding of ERP Implementation and AMS engagements
- Need to know UK market and potentially any other European region
Role and responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a growth strategy in farming existing accounts.
- Work very closely with the industry vertical leaders and client partners to generate pipeline and deal closures.
- Develop strong alliance and partnership with Oracle organization regional leaders and Account Executives.
- Anchor large transformation RFPs for ERP package services including Oracle EBS, JDE, Oracle SaaS deals by providing customer insights, formulating win themes and industry expertise.
- Drive marketing campaigns for lead generation including webinars, fire side chats and CIO forums.
- Contribute to analyst relationships and ratings.
Must Have:
- Total industry/sales experience - 15+ years
- Experience selling Oracle ERP package services including Oracle EBS, Fusion ERP
- Experience selling Oracle cloud services including Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service or Managing large Oracle ERP programs based in US
- Industry Exposure – Multiple
- Experience leading pursuits for implementation and managed services
- Good communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering consistent growth with upselling and cross selling experience.
- Experience in pipeline generation through marketing activities and new account opening.
- Should have experience in handling CXO relationships.
