Job Description:
- Coordinates and acts as SPOC project lead for complex service requests and local projects, e.g., MES systems network expansion.
- Interacts with MLL personnel to problem solve future state requirements.
- Serves as a source of functional understanding of processes, tools, and integration of MLL plant equipment with IT platforms, e.g., Wonderware, Camstar, OSIPI, Werum, as well as MLL business knowledge.
- Interacts with multiple MLL stakeholders, execution systems, plant engineers, technicians, and MLL IT.
- Maintains facility IT ownership.
- Monitors and achieves service levels, tracks metrics/analytics, and ensures site health of GTS services, e.g., network reliability, availability, capacity, etc.
- Performs site-level DR CMDB related to GTS services.
- Manages risk, security, vulnerability, and compliance related to GTS services.
- Local site-level asset planning, purchasing, deployment, and decommissioning related to GTS services.
- End user knowledge, e.g., training, technical writing related to GTS services.
- Delivery and coordination of end-user services, service desk related to GTS services, e.g., desktop, printer, other hardware support, network user access, collaboration tools, mobility software install/maintenance, 24/7 coverage, best endeavours or formalised VIP services related to GTS services.
- Service request coordination related to GTS services.
