Domino Administration, Evergreening, knowledge on lotus scripts/agents.
Domino Application management , functional knowledge of agents and other domino task.
Domino Performance Monitor, Alerts monitoring and working on reduction.

Work with Application for any support cases on Domino environments and supporting tools.
