PRELOADED is seeking a Community Manager to support our Virtual Worlds. This role focuses on player communication, feedback management, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organise, and relay player feedback, bug reports, feature requests, and general sentiment to the development team.
- Communicate game updates, fixes, and changes clearly to the player community.
- Write and publish announcements, patch notes, and teasers.
- Engage with players, respond to questions, and help foster a positive, welcoming community.
- Oversee early community and forum discussions to monitor player sentiment and emerging topics.
- Support moderation efforts by enforcing community guidelines and assisting moderators.
- Maintain community documentation such as rules and FAQs.
- Set up and administer real-time community chat channels (e.g. Discord, Reddit, Slack etc).
- Liaise with internal and external marketing teams to coordinate brand and IP messaging to the community.

- Experience working with automated workflows, bots, or third-party community tools.
- Wide range of platform experience - mobile, VR, UGC etc.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience managing or moderating online gaming communities.
