This role will involve supporting two children in EYFS with additional needs. The role is highly rewarding role involving support both inside and outside of the classroom both with learning and development, managing behaviour and personal care. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate. The Ideal candidate: Has experience supporting children with complex needs (ASD, SLCN) on a 1:1 OR 2:1 basis Has previous experience working in a school or nursery environment Have strong behaviour management techniques Has TA qualifications or relevant degree.
