We are seeking a talented and results‑driven Paid Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Meta's advertising tools, audience targeting, and analytics to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and overall business growth. This position is remote, offering flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Development & Execution: Design and execute innovative Meta/Google ads advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives and tailored for the UK audience.
- Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target ideal customer segments within the UK on Meta platforms.
- Budget Management: Strategically allocate and optimise advertising budgets to maximise ROI.
- A/B Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Data‑Driven Analysis: Analyse campaign metrics, extract actionable insights, and optimise strategies based on data.
- Reporting: Prepare and present clear reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and key learnings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience around paid media, with a demonstrable track record of success within the UK market.
- Skills: Some knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Creativity: Ability to develop highly engaging ad copy and creative assets that resonate with a UK audience.
