  • Taking responsibility for the region's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
  • Ensuring budgets and operational targets are achieved.
  • Holding regular team meetings to review projects, priorities and potential issues.
  • Working closely with project management teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.
  • Identifying training and development requirements across the engineering team.
  • Supporting business development and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and secure new contracts.
  • Ensuring engineers and technical staff comply with health & safety requirements and site-specific regulations.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates with extensive experience within generators, standby power or the wider power generation industry.

  • An understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • The ability to operate effectively in high-pressure service environments.
  • Strong health & safety and compliance knowledge.
  • Experience within critical power or standby power would be particularly advantageous.
  • Experience working with critical or sensitive sites such as MoD, Royal Mail or similar environments would be beneficial.
  • Candidates must either possess or be eligible to obtain the appropriate security clearance for restricted-access sites.
