My client is seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join a growing building services engineering team. This role will focus on producing high-quality AutoCAD 2D drawings and Revit 3D models to support mechanical and HVAC projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with design, project, and delivery teams, providing technical drawing support while ensuring industry standards, quality, and health & safety considerations are met at all stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality AutoCAD 2D drawings and Revit 3D models, including:
- Building layouts
- General Arrangement (GA) drawings
- Fabrication drawings
- P&IDs
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working independently on multiple projects
- Strong working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD 2D
- Revit (3D Modelling / BIM)
- Ductwork (Galvanised, Stainless Steel, uPVC)
- Pipework and fittings
- Air conditioning, split systems, and VRF
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Computer Aided Design
- BTEC or HNC in Building Services Engineering
- Experience with:
- CAD MEP Fabrication
- Navisworks
- Design experience taking concepts through to final deliverables
