The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a busy project delivery team within a highly technical and project-driven environment. This is a fast-paced role responsible for the control, management and coordination of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and external stakeholders, you will ensure all documentation is accurately maintained, issued, tracked and controlled in accordance with project requirements and quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery by maintaining document registers, managing revision control and ensuring documentation is submitted and received in line with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities for Document Controller

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and document control support to Project Managers, Engineers and wider project teams.
  • Prepare, review and format document transmittals, cover sheets and submission packages.
  • Manage the submission of documentation to clients, suppliers and third parties, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Log, track and control incoming and outgoing documentation.
  • Maintain and update project document registers, ensuring documentation is current and accurately recorded.
  • Expedite documentation from internal and external stakeholders to support project schedules.
