An opportunity for an experienced HSE professional to join a Global Field Services team supporting complex engineering and construction projects across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for the development, implementation and management of health, safety and environmental systems, procedures and documentation across field service and construction activities. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, construction managers and field service teams to identify risks, ensure compliance and continuously improve safety, quality and environmental performance. This is a dynamic position requiring a flexible individual with strong technical knowledge, a hands-on approach and the ability to support both office and site-based operations.

Key Responsibilities for HSE Engineer

  • Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations.
  • Develop and maintain standard documentation packs, templates and process maps for field service activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and site inspections to identify hazards and implement controls.
  • Lead and support training programmes covering health and safety, compliance and safe systems of work.
  • Track engineer safety documentation and qualifications to ensure validity and suitability prior to mobilisation.
