Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of electrical installation activities on site. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating labour, maintaining site documentation, monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site briefings with the workforce.
- Complete and maintain site diaries and labour records.
- Manage materials, including deliveries, storage, returns and coordination with stores.
- Issue and monitor PPE requirements.
- Supervise site labour and verify workforce competencies.
- Carry out plant, equipment and tool inspections, including calibration records.
- Manage permit-to-work systems.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure work is completed to specification.
- Participate in Health and Safety procedures.
