We are seeking a qualified Electrician / Electrical Installation Engineer to join a growing team carrying out electrical installation, maintenance and remedial works across a portfolio of commercial and agricultural facilities throughout North Lincolnshire and surrounding regions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a varied role involving installation work, fault finding, upgrades and electrical improvements across operational sites. The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, travelling between sites to undertake electrical projects and planned remedial works.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out electrical installation and remedial works to BS7671 standards.
- Install, maintain and upgrade single and three-phase electrical systems.
- Fault finding, diagnosis and rectification of electrical issues.
- Installation of containment systems including tray, trunking and conduit.
- Cable installation, termination and testing.
- Distribution board and switchgear works.
- Electrical upgrades and improvement projects.
- Inspection, testing and verification of completed installations.
- Complete relevant certification and documentation.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with current regulations.
- Travel between customer sites across the region as required.
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- ECS Gold Card.
- Experience carrying out electrical installation work.
- Experience working on three-phase electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
- Experience working across industrial, commercial or agricultural environments.
- IPAF.
- Experience with motors, control equipment and distribution systems.
