Job Description The landscape for skills and workforce development is changing with the advent of Skills England, greater devolution, and changes to the introduction of a Growth and Skills Levy. LTE’s Skills and Growth Director will be responsible for engaging and developing strategic partnerships with large employers and supply chains, as well as Greater Manchester and NW Regional stakeholders. The role will significantly contribute to the business development activities across the LTE Group by identifying and creating high-value partnerships with businesses to support the work of the Group and our key services and brands – including Total People, UCEN Manchester, The Manchester College, MOL and Novus. This is a strategic and relationship-based sales role, focused on Greater Manchester and the wider North West of England. The post holder will be responsible for increasing our reach with businesses, developing new partnerships, innovative learning offers and increasing the number of work-based learners our group supports.
