The Manchester College, part of LTE Group, is hiring a Pastoral Support Officer at our Manchester campus.

You will provide emotional, behavioural and safeguarding support to learners, working closely with teaching staff to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

This permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week, term-time) is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to inclusion.
