Join our dynamic team as a Course Leader in Hairdressing and Barbering, where you’ll inspire the next generation of professionals. We’re looking for an experienced educator with a passion for shaping future talent and delivering outstanding learning experiences. We have an exciting opportunity at our Wythenshawe Campus to join our Service and Retail Industries Department as a Course Leader (Hairdressing and Barbering) on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree.
- Significant / Current and valid industry specialism.
- Certificate of education or PGCE.
- English and maths minimum level 2 Grace C or grade 4 and above.
- Proven track record of effective teaching in delivering in subject specialism or current valid industry specialism.
- Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience or minimum of 3 years current valid industry specialism.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of leading a team.
- Proven experience of working as a team.
- Proven track record of achieving delivery targets and plans.
- Accurate and timely reports and records.
- Positive contribution to planning & development processes.
- High quality positive student satisfaction.
