Join The Manchester College as our new Employer Outreach and Social Media Lead and play a pivotal role in strengthening the bridge between education and industry. You’ll be at the forefront of enhancing our visibility and reputation through compelling digital storytelling, strategic B2B social media campaigns, and proactive employer engagement approaches. From creating high‑impact content to representing the college via a range of activities, you’ll drive and deliver initiatives that secure meaningful work‑related opportunities for our students and build strong referral and partnership introductions with local and regional employers. If you’re passionate about creativity, communication, influencing decision makers, and making a real difference to learner outcomes, this is your chance to shine.

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead targeted outreach campaigns, generate new employer relationships, and develop industry‑engagement initiatives that align with curriculum needs. With your strong organisational skills, data‑driven mindset, and ability to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders, you’ll help shape the future of employer engagement at the college. If you’re ready to bring fresh ideas, energy, and a can‑do approach, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week), based across both our Openshaw and Manchester City campuses.
