We have an exciting opportunity to join the LTE Group as Data Services Administrator on a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) basis. This is a hybrid role working from our Openshaw campus in Manchester.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • English and maths grade A*–C GCSE or equivalent.
  • Evidence of commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience of working in an office/administration customer service environment and delivering against service standards.
  • Experience of processing complex data to agreed quality and productivity measures.
  • A working knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail when inputting high volumes of data to IT systems.
  • Good IT skills and willingness to learn new IT systems.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deal professionally with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
  • Follow complex guidance relevant to the role.
  • Build good relationships with service users.
