We have an exciting opportunity to join the LTE Group as Data Services Administrator on a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) basis. This is a hybrid role working from our Openshaw campus in Manchester.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- English and maths grade A*–C GCSE or equivalent.
- Evidence of commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience of working in an office/administration customer service environment and delivering against service standards.
- Experience of processing complex data to agreed quality and productivity measures.
- A working knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act.
- High accuracy and attention to detail when inputting high volumes of data to IT systems.
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn new IT systems.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deal professionally with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
- Follow complex guidance relevant to the role.
- Build good relationships with service users.
