Join our Foundation Learning and Student Support Department as a King\\\’s Trust Team Leader and inspire young people to achieve their full potential. You\\\’ll lead and motivate groups of learners through the Prince’s Trust Team Programme, helping them to build confidence, develop essential life and employability skills, and gain valuable qualifications. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with strong leadership and mentoring skills who can engage and support diverse learners. This rewarding role offers the chance to make a real difference in young people’s lives while working within a supportive and passionate team.
We have an exciting opportunity at our Harpurhey Campus to join our Foundation Learning and Student Support Department as a King\\\’s Trust Team Leader on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Princes Trust Team Leader trained or willingness to undertake the course.
- Maths/English level 2.
- Significant experience working with 16-25 year olds.
- Some experience of managing a team.
- Ability to work independently to achieve positive outcomes for leaners.
- Flexible and pragmatic approach.
- The ability to accurately record and report on data.
- Ability to foster a culture of teamwork.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
