We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Pentonville, working as a Curriculum Manager. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.

Site Information: HMP Pentonville is a Category B/C men's prison located in the Islington area of London, England. It is managed by His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service. HMP Pentonville prison serves as a significant correctional facility within the UK's prison system.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Teaching qualification - minimum Cert Ed or PGCE
- Degree or equivalent (including equivalent life/career experience)
- Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
- Developing, leading and managing a team effectively
- Managing colleagues including the deployment of those staff and appropriate delegation of tasks
- Working within a secure environment
