We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Durham, working as a Cover Learning and Skills Worker. This role is offered on an ad-hoc basis.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience- Have experience of conducting assessments and supporting learning of individuals and groups
- Have experience of working with groups of learners with a range of abilities
- Have experience of successfully working in an effective multi-disciplinary team
- Proven track record of achieving performance targets
- Demonstrate accurate and timely reporting
- Demonstrate team working
- Demonstrate efficient use of IT Systems to find and collate information
- Have excellent customer service
