We’re recruiting an exceptional Administration Manager to join our team. We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Full Sutton, working as an Administration Manager. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.

Site Information: HMP Full Sutton is a Category A high-security prison located in East Yorkshire, approximately 11 miles from York. It accommodates around 600 adult male prisoners, many of whom are serving long-term or life sentences. The prison offers a structured and secure environment where education plays a vital role in rehabilitation. Learners are supported through a range of educational and vocational programmes.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have effective management of a team of Senior Administrators
- Hold Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy or be willing to gain within agreed timescales.
- Hold, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales, a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration OR have relevant industrial experience and skills.
- Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification.
- Provide excellent customer service across a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Have experience contributing to an effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment.
- Have experience maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data, using data recording systems as required.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate up to date IT skills
