The LTA is seeking a motivated professional to support the National Performance Pathway Team in Loughborough, helping to develop players, coaches and parents within an inclusive, high-performing environment.
You will work closely with National Pathway Coaches across 10U–14U age groups, collaborate with other LTA teams and external partners, and contribute to a pathway aimed at increasing international competitiveness and participation.
