Our vision is ‘Tennis Opened Up’, and our mission is to transform communities through tennis and padel by making the sports welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone. This role will sit within the Coach & Official Development & Support team to enable the LTA to move further and faster in padel coach and official workforce development and engagement, responding to rapid growth and industry demand. On‑court workforce is critical to the success and sustainability of new and existing padel facilities.
This role will focus on putting in place strong support to engage the padel workforce within venues and across the sector, ensuring coaching supply, development, and engagement keep pace with growth. We’re running this as a single, coordinated campaign with all adverts closing on Sunday 7th June at 11:59pm. Due to the grass court season and teams focussing on deliverables at our tournaments, interview dates and times will be communicated to those shortlisted; however, each role will be expected to have a two‑stage process.

From elevating padel’s profile and visibility through innovative content and social media, to growing and strengthening the competitive structure and padel performance player pathway, to building a sustainable workforce to support the grassroots of the sport. For anyone passionate about padel, and keen to help drive its continued growth, this is a fantastic time to join the LTA.”
