This role will sit within the Marketing & Customer Strategy team, to lead the creative direction and delivery of engaging video and social content that showcases padel and inspires a diverse, next‑generation audience. You’ll play a central role in shaping an inclusive and vibrant community, capturing live moments at events, managing social channels, and collaborating with players, partners and internal teams to tell authentic, compelling stories.
Combining creativity with insight, you’ll use performance data to continually refine content, support wider organisational priorities, and help grow the sport through innovative, audience‑first storytelling and meaningful partnerships.
