The LTA’s vision is ‘Tennis Opened Up’ and its mission is to transform communities through tennis by making it welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone. We have a similar approach to developing and promoting padel, one of the fastest growing sports in Britain.

The Legal team works across all areas of the business. The Lawyer supports the Senior Lawyer and the Head of Legal with the delivery of timely and effective legal advice to the LTA, including in relation to commercial contracts, data protection, property, dispute resolution, intellectual property, corporate governance, sports discipline, safeguarding, and regulation and governance of tennis.
