The General Assistant is a key part of the team, supporting the Operations Team’s delivery at Nottingham Tennis Centre and ensuring excellence in service.

  • Maintain presentation standards, including cleaning and ensuring a clean environment.
  • Prepare and coordinate all setup logistics for meetings, functions, and events.
  • Serve as a Customer Assistant and provide cover at the Café Bar.
  • Work flexible shifts, including day, evening, and weekend roles as required by rota.
