Full time (not remote) role @ Ansty Park, UK.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Govern key business metrics that demonstrate compliance to AS9100/AS13100/ISO9001, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA), Product and Process audits to industry standards (e.g. ISO9001, AS9100/9110/9120, CAA, EASA etc.).
  • Provide quality support to the value stream(s).
  • Ensure containment for concerns are implemented & drive root cause, corrective actions using effective problem resolution methodologies such as 8Ds in a timely manner to business objectives.
  • Lead quality performance improvement initiatives internally and externally.
  • Roll-out and support the implementation of the ZeroDefect program to reduce DPPM.
  • Knowledge of a relevant sample of the type(s) of aircraft or components gained through a training course or on the job experience working with the products.
  • Experience in the effective use of problem resolution processes such as A3 or 8D and Root Cause Analysis tools e.g. 5 why analysis, Cause & Effect, Design of experiments, etc.
  • Proficient in APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, Root Cause analysis.
  • Proven Experience and demonstrable success in Continuous Improvement best practices, such as Lean, Six Sigma.
