A growing UK beauty business is looking for a Category Executive to join its commercial team, working across a portfolio of brands sold through the UK’s leading health and beauty retailers and online.
If you’re already working in category, account or commercial support and want more ownership, more brands and more exposure to retailers, this is the next step. You’ll own the data, the promotions and the launches across multiple categories, not just support them.
What you’ll do
- Reconcile and share sales and stock data from retailer reports and portals
- Collate product data and set up NPD launches with retail partners
- Own the process for making sure agreed promotions go live correctly with retailers
- Pull and summarise shopper data using retailer analytics platforms such as Circana
- Track promotional compliance, POS and proof of in-store implementation
- Build relationships with customer counterparts to deliver joint objectives
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a commercial environment, ideally FMCG
- Confidence with data, reporting and Excel
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management. You hit deadlines that don’t move
What’s on offer
- exciting, fast-growing beauty brands
- hybrid working
- mentoring
- real career development
- competitive salary and benefits
