About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. In this role, you will manage forecasting, purchasing, importing/exporting, inventory, and third-party logistics partnerships to ensure the efficient and timely flow of goods across their global channels. This is a key strategic role for someone who thrives on process optimisation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision-making. The right candidate will be expected to lead both the planning and operational sides of the supply chain to drive cost efficiency and maintain outstanding service delivery.

Core Focus Areas

  • Oversee full procurement cycle including sourcing, vendor negotiations, PO creation, and delivery coordination.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models using sales data, marketing calendars, and seasonal insights to predict demand across B2B and DTC channels.
  • Ensure alignment between internal departments (sales, operations, product development) and external partners (manufacturers, packaging suppliers).
  • Manage inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring optimal stock availability without overages.
  • Define reorder points and safety stock levels for SKUs and components, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
  • Use platforms such as Unleashed and Shopify to manage and analyse inventory.
  • Act as primary liaison with 3PL partners to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-efficient fulfilment of all orders.
  • Monitor and evaluate logistics KPIs, including shipping accuracy, returns rates, and warehouse performance.
  • Coordinate import and export operations globally, ensuring customs compliance and timely delivery.
  • Manage freight operations including quotation requests, freight booking, documentation (commercial invoices, declarations, packing lists), and customs clearance.
  • Review and approve 3PL and freight invoices, benchmark rates, and identify potential savings.
  • Continually improve logistics processes to reduce lead times and enhance customer experience.
  • Prepare monthly reports covering inventory valuation, COGS, logistics spend, return rates, and supplier performance.
  • Track gross margin performance and report variances between forecasted and actual sales.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain (e.g. shipping disruptions, raw material shortages) and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Use data to inform key decision-making, process changes, and cost efficiencies across the supply chain.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of importing/exporting and customs requirements.
  • Experience with demand forecasting, inventory management, supplier coordination, and 3PL oversight.
  • Familiarity with Unleashed & Shopify.
  • Proven ability to prepare and interpret end-of-month stock and COGS reports.
  • Competency with data and reporting tools including Excel.
  • Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Highly analytical with a data-first mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently.
  • Energetic, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness sectors is advantageous.
