We’re recruiting on behalf of a brilliant beauty business based in the South West – and they’re on the lookout for a Senior Development Chemist to lead formulation projects and play a central role in bringing cutting-edge beauty products from concept to commercial launch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading formulation development across skincare, body care and beauty products
- Guiding and mentoring junior chemists
- Overseeing lab-based product testing and stability trials
- Collaborating closely with NPD, Marketing, and Supply Chain to bring products to life
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation is spot on
- Playing a pivotal role in scaling up from lab to manufacturing
