We’re excited to be working with a much-loved beauty and personal care brand who are expanding their team with the addition of an NPD Assistant. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone passionate about bringing products to life — from concept to shelf — and keen to grow within an innovative, supportive business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the end-to-end product development process for new beauty and personal care launches.
  • Assisting in generating product briefs, benchmarking, and gathering market insights to help shape product direction.
  • Coordinating lab samples, tracking feedback, and ensuring development timelines are met.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Helping with documentation, claims, testing requirements, and compliance needs.
  • Staying up to date with trends, ingredients, packaging innovations and competitor activity.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an NPD, Product Development or Marketing support role within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG space.
  • A strong interest in product development and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset.
