LT Talent have partnered with a fast-growing, founder-led premium consumer brand looking for an ambitious Operations Manager to take ownership of its operations as the business enters its next stage of growth.
This is a broad, hands-on role spanning supply chain, production, fulfilment, logistics, inventory and commercial operations across both D2C and B2B channels.
For the right person, there is genuine scope to grow with the business and progress towards Head of Operations / COO as the brand scales.
The Role
- You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to build the operational infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
- Owning production planning, inventory and supply chain management
- Scaling production in line with forecasted demand
- Managing and optimising D2C and B2B fulfilment and logistics
- Supporting the operational rollout of new retail, wholesale and B2B partnerships
- Managing COGS, costs and cash-flow considerations from an operational perspective
- Supporting expansion into new markets and sales channels
- Identifying and implementing technology and AI-led efficiencies
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience within D2C/eCommerce operations
- Exposure to both D2C and B2B/wholesale operations
- Experience supporting a fast-growing consumer brand
- Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain and inventory
- Hands-on experience across fulfilment and logistics
- Commercial understanding of COGS, margins and cash flow
- Comfortable working with platforms such as Shopify and Excel
