- Order Processing & Administration: Process wholesale orders from entry to fulfilment.
- Customer & Retailer Support: Provide day-to-day support to wholesale partners.
- Inventory & Availability: Track sales trends and order run rates. Recommend replenishment and manage stock reports.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Analyse data using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots). Maintain sales trackers and customer data. Support forecasting and performance analysis.
