This is a broad, hands-on role spanning supply chain, production, fulfilment, logistics, inventory and commercial operations across both D2C and B2B channels. For the right person, there is genuine scope to grow with the business and progress towards Head of Operations / COO as the brand scales. Owning production planning, inventory and supply chain management Experience supporting a fast-growing consumer brand ~ Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain and inventory ~ Commercial understanding of COGS, margins and cash flow ~ Comfortable working with platforms such as Shopify and Excel You’ll join a growing brand at an exciting stage, work closely with its founders and have the autonomy to build, improve and scale the operational function.
