Key Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering creative DTC marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversion
- Crafting compelling brand messaging that resonates with the consumer and reflects brand values
- Planning and executing integrated marketing activity across digital, social, email and other channels
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life
- Managing campaign performance, reporting on results and optimising activity
- Supporting wider marketing initiatives including launches, content, partnerships and brand activity
- Hands‑on creation and execution of marketing campaigns, from initial concept and messaging through to launch and post‑campaign analysis
- Writing and refining consumer‑facing copy across email, social, website and campaign assets to ensure consistent, on‑brand messaging
- Directly managing day‑to‑day marketing activity, juggling multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑moving environment
About You
- Proven experience in a senior or mid‑to‑senior marketing role, ideally within beauty & personal care
- Strong DTC marketing experience with a creative mindset
- Confident developing messaging, campaigns and storytelling that connects with consumers
- Commercially aware, data‑driven and comfortable measuring campaign performance
- A proactive, collaborative self‑starter who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, growing business
