The Role: Weβre seeking a talented and analytical Digital Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of paid media channels to drive growth across D2C platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, particularly across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube, and must come from a beauty, personal care, or similar consumer brand background. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who thrives independently and is performance-focused with strong commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Manage and report on paid media budgets, targeting ROAS, CAC, and CPA goals
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief and test ad creatives (static, video, UGC, etc.)
- Use A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine campaign performance
- Monitor campaign analytics and report regularly on performance, insights, and opportunities
- Partner with CRM, content, and e-commerce teams to align acquisition strategies with broader digital plans
- Stay on top of digital trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media
- Lead or manage third-party agencies where needed
Requirements:
- 2β3 years of hands-on experience in a paid media/digital marketing role within the beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, or personal care industry (essential)
- Proven success managing budgets and scaling paid media campaigns with measurable ROI
- Solid understanding of key paid platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), TikTok Ads, and YouTube
- Data-led with strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.)
- Creative eye for performance marketing content and ability to collaborate on briefs
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with performance tracking tools, UTM structures, and attribution modelling a plus
