We’ve partnered exclusively with a fast-growing, founder-led wellness brand looking for a Partnerships & Account Manager to join its growing B2B team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who’s commercially minded, proactive and confident building relationships, and wants the chance to develop quickly and take on real responsibility. You’ll need some experience across B2B consumer goods and retail partnerships, plus a genuine interest in wellness, nutrition and functional health. Their partners include retailers, wellness businesses and functional health practitioners, so you’ll need to be excited to learn about our products, ingredients and the science behind them, and feel confident educating their partners and customers.

The Role

  • Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, you’ll help manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B partners while also identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with B2B partners and clients.
  • Growing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Monitoring account performance and spotting opportunities for further growth.
  • Supporting promotions, activations and partnership initiatives.
  • Responding to and developing inbound business opportunities.
  • Supporting proposals and commercial conversations.
  • Coordinating orders and resolving account or operational issues.
  • Keeping CRM and account information accurate and up to date.
  • Helping improve processes as the B2B function continues to scale.
