Thrive Practitioners Needed

Are you Thrive Trained? Are you looking to make a real impact in the lives of primary and secondary school students? Our client, a well-established educational organisation in Essex, is seeking skilled Thrive Practitioners to join their dynamic team.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work with students not currently in education who require additional support and guidance to reach their full potential. With a competitive salary range of £20-£25 per hour, this full or half day position offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with students and help them overcome challenges.

We are seeking Tutors who have completed the Thrive Approach training to promote the social and emotional wellbeing of children and young people. In this role you will use the Thrive Approach to assess, support, and track social and emotional development, helping young people build resilience, confidence, and positive relationships to overcome challenges and thrive emotionally with the goal of returning to a school environment.

As an Thrive Practitioner and Tutor, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student (access to preplanned lessons)
  • Collaborating with lead tutors and parents to create personalised learning plans
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback and support
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages growth and development
