Our partner school in Barking is seeking an Admissions Officer to start ASAP for a full handover ready for new admissions in September. We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Admissions Officer to join our partner school in Barking.
The successful candidate will be a friendly, approachable, and efficient first point of contact to prospective families and will ensure that they experience a smooth introduction to the school. They will join a dedicated team of support staff who work together to create a warm and professional working environment, supporting and collaborating with teachers, senior management and pupils.
A full handover will be provided to ensure consistency and a smooth transition. This is a busy role, full time 8am-4pm, Term Time only. The role will involve:
- Using BromCom
- September admissions
- In year admissions
- Liaising with Local Authority
- Making arrangements and meetings
Due to the nature of the role of School Admissions Officer, you will need to have experience of admissions. The role is subject to References and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. A paid trial day is available immediately.
