Our partner Primary School in Rochester is seeking maternity cover for their Data Administrator from the 2nd week of January until the end of June.
Using SIMS, the admin assistant is responsible for organising school clubs before and after school, monitoring attendance, being the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails amongst the below duties:
- Monitoring School Emails
- Typing
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Updating records - paper and on SIMS
- Ensuring all security and safeguarding visitor protocol is in place
- Banking with another staff member
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
- Enhanced DBS for working with Children on the update service (or prepared to apply for one)
- Previous experience of working in a school office
- Right to work in the UK
- Full time availability from January to June term time
- Be able to work 8:30am-4pm Monday to Friday (cannot offer any flexibility on hours)
- Experience using SIMS
