Responsible Individual required for EBD Young Peoples Homes Romford 60- 65k Depending on Experience ASAP Start Monday - Friday 9am-5pm We are looking for an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee and run operations for two small Childrens Homes in Romford.
Homes are supporting 8-17 years olds with EBD and challenging behaviour.
Responsible Individual Skills and abilities * This role is open to experienced Senior Registered Managers, Area Managers and Responsible Individuals who have completed their level 5 and have previous good or outstanding inspections.
Previous experience in mentoring other managers would be beneficial.
As a Responsible Individual, your main responsibilities will include: Being the RI for 2-3 small children s homes and acting on behalf of the organisation to ensure all requirements are met.
