Role:
- We are looking for a dedicated Outreach Teacher to provide tailored educational support to students unable to attend mainstream education due to reasons such as Behavioural, Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, or those at risk of exclusion.
- This role offers significant job satisfaction, involving one-to-one and group sessions covering subjects like basic Mathematics, English, Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education, interventions, and mentoring.
- Sessions are conducted in various settings, including pupils' homes, local libraries, and schools.
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of literacy and numeracy, alongside experience working with children.
- Students range from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Year 11, with support extending up to GCSE/Functional Skills levels.
- Immediate opportunities are available in Tiptree supporting one-on-one with Secondary Students, supporting GCSE English and Mathematics and more opportunities with KS3 and KS4 students at varying levels are coming through weekly.
