LT Support seeks a Student Learning Coach for a long‑term post with a Mid Essex college, based in Chelmsford.

The role runs 37 hours per week across 38 weeks a year, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, starting September.

You will support students with SEND in a vocational environment, maintaining inclusive practice and working with staff at all levels.

An Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK are required, with immediate availability.
